Welcome to NAME IT LABELS - On Line. Some helpful information for new users below.
- Our prices include GST and free postage through NZ post. Urgent Courier delivery is an option, for $7.50 at check out.
- Your order will be ready to post within 2 - 3 days. Sometimes we send out on the same day it is ordered.
- We have a choice of payment options available ON LINE: Payment can be made on-line with a Visa or Mastercard, (sorry, no American Express), a cheque, or Direct Deposit. Simply select your preferred option at Check-Out. (If paying by cheque - fill out your order on-line and just post your cheque and we will match it up.)
- Details of Direct Deposit Account Numbers and address for the Cheque and any necessary details are emailed to you after you place an order.
Setting Up Your Account
- The first time you purchase something from this site, you will need to create a NEW ACCOUNT. The details you give, will be kept on a secure server and only used for shopping online
- NAME IT is a SECURE site. You will see the padlock sign on the log-in, account and check-out pages. (The information pages do not carry the padlock sign, as they are just information for all to read.)
- You can access/change your account details at any time through the MY ACCOUNT feature on the top of the home page.
- Remember your password as Name It Labels do not keep a copy. If you forget your password you can request a computer generated one to help you get back into your account. N.B. Remember the computer generated ones are very case sensitive, so look at them carefully when entering, but it is easier to copy/paste them in to make sure no mistake has been made. You can then go to your account and change the password back to something easy to remember.

- Our website keeps a history of your ordering process with us. This means that at any time, you can check all the details of when you ordered, when your order was first processed by us and the date it was posted to you. This information can be found under "My Account"
