Fast, reliable delivery is something we take real pride in. As a proudly New Zealand-owned business, we print every order right here in our Auckland office rather than overseas — which means most orders are printed within a day or two, often the very same day, and on their way to you fast.

Choose your delivery method
Our labels are light and slim enough to fit in a regular envelope, which lets us offer genuinely great value standard postage alongside a fast, tracked courier option — so you can pick whichever suits your timeline.
Standard Post FREE
Great value and perfect if you're not in a rush — allow up to 10 days to arrive after printing. This option doesn't include tracking, so if you'd like to follow your parcel's journey or need it sooner, courier is the better choice.

Courier $7
Fast and fully tracked, arriving around 2 days after we've printed and sent your order. This is our recommended option if you need your labels quickly, or would simply like the peace of mind of following your parcel every step of the way.
Please note: woven labels are embroidered in batches on a traditional loom rather than printed, so they take a little longer — please allow up to 10 days to make these up, with delivery time on top.
International orders
We're always happy to send Name It labels overseas. Most of our orders are within New Zealand, but international orders go out by airmail, selected as the courier option at checkout, and typically take 2–4 weeks to arrive — wherever you're ordering from, we're glad to help.
Delivery FAQs
How quickly will my order be printed?
Most orders are printed within 1–2 days, and often the same day. Woven labels are the one exception, as they're made on a traditional loom in batches — please allow up to 10 days for these.
Can I track my order?
Courier orders are fully tracked, and we're happy to send your tracking details on request. Standard post is untracked, which is simply the trade-off for such an affordable rate — if tracking matters to you, courier is the way to go.
What if my order hasn't arrived yet?
Standard post can take up to 10 days, so please allow the full window before worrying. If it's been longer than that, get in touch and we'll happily sort it out — including a free reprint if your order has genuinely gone missing.
Do you deliver to a PO Box, or offer pick-up?
Yes to both. We're happy to deliver to a PO Box address, and pick-ups from our Auckland office are welcome too — just let us know at checkout.
Do you ship outside New Zealand?
Yes — we're always happy to send orders internationally by airmail. Simply select the courier option at checkout and allow 2–4 weeks for delivery.
