Your options at checkout:
$5 Courier: If you select the $5 option, you should receive your order within 3 working days - EXCEPT woven labels** (see below). You also receive full tracking to your email. Some orders may arrive within 1 - 2 days after ordering by courier.
FREE NZ post: If you select free post, you should receive your order in 5 - 7 working days depending on your location. Remember NZ post delivers only 3 times a week and has no tracking.
CONDITIONS
For rural deliveries, allow an extra day for the courier. No signature required. Usually left in your letterbox. P.O. Boxes are O.K . If your order does not arrive, please contact the courier company directly, or email us, to inquire on your behalf.
Please be aware that courier companies sometimes have delivery problems beyond our control but is generally very reliable.

** Our Woven Sew On labels need extra time before they are sent – it’s up to a week sometimes for preparing and making these types of labels. Last day to order woven labels is December 17th, and then not available until January 15th 2020. You can still place your order on line for delivery about one week to 10 days, after January 15th, if courier option selected
