Description

100% polyester.  For machine sewers.
This material is strong and durable for hot washes eg Boarding school or rest homes. Will not fray.

Machine sew all around.
This material is not recommended for hand sewing. 
For machine sewers, it is easy, as there is no need to turn the ends under. Just lay flat and sew all around as per the video below. 

  • Good for items where you may want to remove a label, later on.  
  • Good in hot commercial washes and hot driers.
  • Easy to machine sew as you just lay flat and sew. See video below.
  • If you do not have a sewing machine, then look at our woven labels or our best selling iron on for long lasting label options. 
  • Size is 50mm x 15mm and pre cut in a zip bag for easy storage.

 We can also print any text for your label  eg Hand Made by Nana 

  • All labels are text CENTRED. If you would like the text to the side, to sew as a tag, request this in the comment box, please.
    If you want to sew across the label, ask us to lower the text. We always read the comments. 
  • Fill in the 2nd line ONLY for additional information on the same label eg a phone number, or leave blank.

    Great Labels

    These are very robust labels that last really well. I have ordered several lots over the years for naming my children's clothing - teacher's really appreciate it too! They're a bit scratchy so I might give the woven ones a try next time. I also got some iron on ones for a friend who loves them, but I prefer the sew in ones as the can be removed when passing the clothes on.

    I purchased sew on labels for clothing I make for my grandchildren. They look great. My Grandson loves them and wants them sewn on the front of his clothes as well. I tried some iron on labels as well which work really well also.

    While the labels are a little scratchy against the skin, they are easy to read and, most helpful of all, arrived swiftly. I needed them at short notice so appreciated the fast turnaround from ordering to receiving.

    Really pleased with the name it labels. My grandson often loses clothing and shoes. I recently purchased a very expensive sweatshirt for him. I am more confident that, with the contact details in the collar, it will have a better chance of being returned should it be left somewhere. Thanks!!!

    Extemely happy with product and service - arrived the day after ordering online! I hand sewed the labels on as I don't own a sewing machine but had no difficulty with this. Fantastic service.
