Delivery: we aim to print your custom label within 3–4 business days of payment and proof approval. Average turnaround from order to posting is around one week.

Choose your material
- ◆Polyester (white or black) — won't fray or fade, one colour text or logo, can be printed back to back, individually cut to your exact size
- ◆Satin (white or black) — soft with a subtle sheen, one colour text or logo, sides are folded under or looped to prevent fraying
- ◆Cotton, sew on (white) — soft natural cotton with full colour logos and text; best for items that aren't washed often, such as cushion covers or wheat bags, as it will fray and fade a little over hot washes
- ◆Cotton, iron on (white) — full colour logos and text, printed with eco-friendly water-based inks; the secure backing resists fraying better than the cotton sew on option
Sizing & placement
One side of the label is fixed at 50mm, and the other can be anywhere from 22mm to 100mm depending on your wording or logo. Labels default to landscape orientation, but portrait is available on request. Let us know where you'll be sewing it in — top, all around, left, or right — so we can lay out your design to suit.
Special requests
Upload your logo or design when ordering, or send it through separately if easier. Every custom label receives a jpeg proof for you to approve before we print, so you can see exactly how it will look first. Note any layout preferences or other special requests in the comments box — we're happy to help with the design.
If you only need simple text with no logo — for example “Handmade by Nana” — our Sew On Polyester Labels page will usually work out more economical.
