What is your delivery time and how do you delivery an order?
Pretty quick we think. We are based in Auckland and print and send our orders out every day all over New Zealand
Delivery time and methods, ultimately depend on whether you select the FREE standard shipping option or the priority print and courier option for $9. Below is information on either method:
FREE Standard Order Processing + NZ Post Delivery:
Most orders are ready to send to you in two working days. All our standard orders are sent using the NZ Post service – this is via your regular postman to your letterbox (not a courier) and so it doesn’t matter if you are not home when your order arrives, it will fit safely in your letterbox. NZ Post has recently reduced its services so sometimes delivery can take a few days. It depends on where you are based in New Zealand e.g. rural delivery takes extra time. On average, we find most orders are delivered to people, around 2 - 5 working days after we have posted them.
$9 Priority Order Processing + Courier Post Delivery:
If you select this option at checkout for the additional $9, your order will be processed as priority, usually within 24hrs. We will then arrange for it to be couriered to you, in a non-signature courier bag so the item can be left in a safe place if you are not home. Delivery to rural addresses does take an extra day. The Courier Post service is outside our control once we hand your order over, and sometimes there are unforeseen delays but not often.

How do you apply Name It iron on clothing labels?
Everybody's iron is slightly different so although we say use a good cotton heat and no steam, it is really about whether you can see for yourself when ironing the label, if it has adhered properly or not to the clothing. Easy to follow instructions are included with each order. For delicate materials, you can use a thin hanky over the label, to protect the fabric you are ironing onto, but do not to use a thick teatowel or heavy cloth as it would stop the heat going through to adhere the label. After ironing, avoid washing the garment for 24 hours.
For more information on this topic please read our article on How To Iron on Labels.
Do your Iron-On Clothing Labels really stick?
YES, extremely well and if properly applied will stay on for a long time. We have years of positive feedback.
Our unique iron on clothing labels, require no transfer paper to apply them. You iron directly onto the label so the heat activates the glue on the back of the label in order for it to adhere onto the clothing permanently. We regularly test batches of our material with nursing homes and boarding schools who use commercial grade washing machines and dryers to make sure our labels always work. As parents ourselves, we have also regularly tested our products with our own children with their school uniforms over the years at boarding school.
What type of Sew- On clothing labels do you sell?
We sell two different types of sew on labels. One is a polyester printed sew on label and the other is the embroidered woven sew on label. Here are some pro’s and con’s for both:

Woven Sew On Labels

• Different coloured text available against the white background
• Easier to hand sew and lovely soft cotton feel
